All Sales Final on "Launch" & "Hype" ProductsAll limited-release sneakers (Jordan, Yeezy, Nike SB, etc.), Quick strike items, and sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these items under any circumstances. Please ensure you have selected the correct size before checking out.
Standard ReturnsFor standard apparel and general release footwear, we accept returns for Store Credit Only within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original box, which must be inside a shipping box. Do not tape the shoe box directly.

  • If approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship your return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
RefundsWe generally do not issue cash refunds. Approved returns will be processed as Store Credit or a Gift Card for future use at Suite 160.
