- Standard Orders: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed.
- Release Date / High Traffic Items: During major sneaker releases or holiday sales, processing may take 3-5 business days due to high volume.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.
Shipping Rates & MethodsWe ship domestically via UPS and FedEx.
- Domestic Ground: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout. Note: Expedited shipping applies to transit time, not processing time.
Tracking Your OrderOnce your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Lost or Stolen PackagesSuite 160 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed off to the carrier. We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection (or similar insurance) at checkout to protect your investment. If your package is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
International ShippingWe currently ship to select international countries. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price.
